Cable peeling machine for continuous industrial use

The PR3 Evolution is a cable stripping machine designed for businesses that strip cables regularly and cost-effectively. It is intended for recycling facilities, demolition companies, municipalities, and industrial users for whom throughput, safety, and tool life are critical.

With a working range from 1.5 mm² to 90 mm in diameter and a cutting speed of 44 m/min, it meets the demands of professional operation—not occasional use.

The design ensures stability, precise adjustability, and long-term reliability. The goal is controlled separation of the jacket and metal core with consistently reproducible results.

For high cable volumes

The PR3 Evolution is designed for businesses that regularly strip large quantities of cable. Its design and adjustment mechanism ensure high throughput, repeatability, and durability in daily use.

  • High throughput

At a speed of 44 m/min, large quantities of cable can be stripped in a short amount of time.

  • Less readjustment

With 12 cutting tracks, approximately 80% of all cable diameters can be processed with a single setting.

  • Defined cut

The cables are fed through a guide and slit open at both ends. This allows for controlled separation of the jacket and the metal core.

  • Permanently resilient

Solid construction, a rigid welded frame, and industrial-grade safety features are designed for long-term use.

Suitable cable types

The PR3 Evolution processes copper and aluminum cables with various jacket materials, as well as armored cables. The operating range extends from 1.5 mm² to 90 mm in diameter.

Suitable cables include:

  • Copper cables
  • Aluminum cables
  • Cables with PVC, PUR, silicone, PE/XLPE, or PTFE sheathing
  • Cables with steel or aluminum reinforcement

The adjustable cutting path allows for the controlled stripping of cables with different cross-sections.
